Section 1: Introduction

Terms & conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by ElevateGCSE ("we", "our", "us"). By enrolling in any of our programmes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below. These conditions are designed to ensure quality, fairness, and accountability for both parties.

Section 2: Definitions

1. Attendance

A session is considered “attended” only if the student is present for the entire scheduled duration of the session without:

• arriving more than 5 minutes late,

• leaving more than 5 minutes early, or

• being unresponsive or inactive during the session for more than 10 consecutive minutes.

In-person or online, students must be visibly and audibly engaged throughout. Failure to meet this standard may result in the session being marked as missed.

2. Full Attendance Record

To meet the guarantee criteria, students must:

• Attend a minimum of 90% of scheduled sessions (Standard Guarantee)

• Attend a minimum of 100% of scheduled sessions (Fast-Track Guarantee / Elevate Track)

• Submit all homework at least 24 hours before their next session to secure eligibility for attendance credit.

If homework is not submitted, the student may lose access to the session, which will count as a missed session.

3. AI-Personalised Revision Plan

A custom study and revision roadmap generated using ElevateGCSE’s AI diagnostic tools, tutor input, and the student’s performance data.

Students are expected to follow at least 85% of the revision plan (tracked via submissions and check-ins) to remain eligible for the Standard Guarantee.

4. Full Elevate Revision System

This includes:

• AI-Personalised Plan

• Weekly Progress Check-Ins

• Diagnostic Testing

• Mock Paper Submissions

• Targeted Review Worksheets

• Colour coded progress tracker

Required for Fast-Track Guarantee eligibility. Must be followed to 95% completion.

5. Valid Homework Submission

Homework is considered valid only if:

• It is completed to a satisfactory standard based on the marking rubric

• It is submitted via the assigned platform (Google Classroom / email / submission form)

• It is received no later than 24 hours prior to the next session

6. Eligible Student

Any student currently enrolled in ElevateGCSE who is:

• Not in breach of ElevateGCSE conduct policies

• Not receiving conflicting tutoring support elsewhere

• Committed to following the required study systems

Only Eligible Students may qualify for the Guarantee.

7. Missed Session

Any session that is:

• Not attended due to absence or late arrival (as defined in 1.)

• Denied access due to late/incomplete homework

• Skipped for personal reasons without prior approval

Missed sessions will count against attendance % and may void eligibility.
